1.Where does my meat come from?

A.Our beef is home produced from our farm and all other meats from farms local to us.

2.How does my meat get delivered?

A. Click on the Delivery icon and it will give you a detailed description of how our boxes are packed and will tell you who will be delivering your meat.

3.How is the meat kept cold and fresh?

A.We use state of the art packaging and ice gel packs. This keeps your meat as fresh as if it just came from one of our fridges.

4.What if I am not at home for the delivery?

A.When you order you will be given the opportunity to add 'Special Instructions'. This could contain instructions such as 'Leave at No 16' or 'Leave delivery in back garden.' Our gel packs last for up to 30 hours.

5. What do you do if I have any problems?

6.What is your minimum order?

A.Our minimum order is £25.00

7.Do you do free delivery?

A.Yes, delivered fresh to freeze.

8.Will my meat be fresh or frozen?

A.Your meat will be delivered fresh to freeze, but if any meat has been frozen it will show the following symbol.*

9.How do I make my payment?

A.Make your payment with your card by using our secure website or by completing the collection form and paying when collected.

10.How do I know that my card details are safe to put on the Internet?

A.All your details are entered on a secure site at the bank, so only the bank will ever hold your card details.

11.Will you have special offers?

A.Yes, these offers will appear on our website.

12.How do I know that my meat gets to me safely?

A. All our meat is delivered in securely sealed boxes with security straps. If your straps are at anytime broken then you know that it has been tampered with
