Brian and Marion Wilson achieved their lifetime ambition of purchasing an 8 arce dilapidated small holding back in 1977 and developing it into a productive farm and home for their children.

They began by producing cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry and opening a farm shop where Marion assisted by a butcher sold their home-produced meat direct to the local people of Hockley.

This has grown from an original idea into a large business employing seven local people and they continue to produce their own cattle and source lambs, pigs and poultry locally.

Slimming World
Marion joined Slimming World as a member of Hockley and eventually became a consultant for eight years where she enjoyed helping people achieve their slimming goals. Being in the meat trade, Marion naturally continued to promote meat as part of any diet plan but came up with the idea of producing Low Fat products. Marion believed she could use her home-produced meat and turn it into a healthy range of products for her fellow slimmers.

This she has achieved by producing a range of burgers, sausages and chicken products all of which are low in fat.

The products are sold through their farm shop but due to increased demand, in 2007 they decided to widen their market and go online.

The meat products are produced from farm-assured livestock, slaughtered locally and processed at La Vallee Farm.

The orders are taken daily and notification of delivery time is e-mailed. The orders are packed in purpose-built, sealed, cold boxes and delivered to your door by a courier.
